Melts in your mouth good!

Upon the arrival of my beautifully packaged Sheridan Box I was immediately impressed with color, size and overall appearance of the products. I didn't want to rush the thaw, left the ribeye in the fridge for two days. Brought it to room temp with nothing more than S&P and a hint of garlic powder for about 30 mins. 9 mins per side on the grill with a 5 min rest and I was off to the tasting table! I am SO impressed with the flavor, I have had all kinds of cuts in my life at all kinds of steak houses and nothing compares to this. I had to hurry and chew as it melts in the mouth it is so tender. I am pretty sure I am having another one tonight, just don't want to run out before the next box arrives! Hint on the Tenderloin tips, those go great with farm fresh eggs and some roasted potatoes! There are several large beef box companies that spend millions of dollars each year trying to convince customers to buy their meat. They take photos of ranchers, and claim to source only the best meats. They hire celebrities and chefs to promote their brand. If you have tried beef from one of these beef boxes you likely received a thin steak that had very little marbling or flavor.

Do you know where your meat actually comes from? About 85% of grass fed beef comes from outside of the USA. The United States imports beef from 16 different countries, and foreign cattle can be labeled as "product of USA" as along as the animal is processed in this country.
