How do I subscribe?
When choosing your product, just click the “Subscribe & Save” Option. You can then choose to have your subscription delivered every 1, 2, or 3 months.
The more you order the more you save.

Can I add extra products to my bundle?
Yes! Once you’ve added a bundle to your cart, you can choose Add-On items. Subscribers receive an additional 10% off all of Add-Ons at check out.
Can I purchase individual items without a bundle?
No – you must first add a bundle to your cart and then you will be able to choose additional Add-Ons. Shipping remains free on all Add-Ons.

When will my order arrive?
When you complete your order, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. You can also schedule your order to come at a later date. Need your order faster? Choose our convenient Express and Rush shipping options.
Do I need to wait at home for my delivery?
Be sure to enter your cell phone number at check-out to receive shipping notifications for when your order gets delivered (they'll also come via email!)
We freeze your beef to ensure you get the highest-quality experience when it arrives. We then pack it in recyclable insulation and with the optimal amount of freshly made dry ice, so your meat arrives cold. Your beef will arrive at your designated delivery address either frozen or refrigerator cold. Place your beef in the refrigerator if using immediately, or in the freezer to maintain freshness.
How do I know my order stayed cold during shipping?
We freeze your beef to ensure you get the highest-quality experience when it arrives. We then pack it in recyclable insulation and with the optimal amount of freshly made dry ice so your meat arrives cold. Your beef will arrive at your designated delivery address either frozen or refrigerator cold.
Can I change my shipping address after I have been billed?
Only if your order has not yet shipped. We recommend reaching out ASAP if there Is an error in your shipping address.
What do I do with remaining dry ice in my package?
Dry ice is a gas that evaporates at room temperature, so you can simply leave the dry ice in an open area, and it will literally disappear! You should never touch the dry ice with your bare hands and should always keep it away from children and pets.
My order was not frozen upon arrival.
Your order should be frozen or refrigerator cold upon arrival. If your order arrived at a warmer temperature, please contact us through the chat feature on our website, email us at info@riverbendranch.com, or call us at 208-919-4244 so we can resolve this issue.
Can I change my delivery week?
Subscribers can change the delivery week of an upcoming order in the customer portal. Simply login first by clicking the icon that looks like a person to the left of the cart icon on the upper right-hand corner of your page.
For one-time purchases you can choose your delivery week upon purchase. Unfortunately, after your delivery week has been chosen, there is not an option to reschedule it. Please contact us through chat on the website or email us at info@riverbendranch.com if there are issues with your delivery week.
How will my order be packaged?
Your Riverbend Ranch Beef will arrive in a high-quality, corrugated, insulated box that is packed with enough dry ice to ensure your order remains chilled throughout shipment—any time of year!
Do your prices include shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is included on all orders shipped to the lower 48 states. Need your order faster? Rush and Express shipping are also available for your convenience. There is a $45 shipping fee for packages being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I have my bundle delivered to a PO Box?
Because your package will need to be refrigerated shortly after it’s been delivered, we ship to physical street addresses only. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Will you ship to an apartment?
Yes! But some delivery drivers will not leave a package at an apartment if there isn’t someone present to receive the package. Also, we cannot be responsible for a package left outside of an apartment that doesn’t get refrigerated shortly after delivery. Check with your local UPS location for information on how they typically handle deliveries in your area.

Where are your cattle raised?
In addition to breeding and raising our own cattle, we partner exclusively with small, family-owned ranches throughout the northwest United States. Our ranches can be found throughout Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Nevada.

Where are your cattle processed?
As a fully-integrated ranching operation – we maintain ownership of the entire processing of your beef. Our partner ranches maintain rigorous ranching standards to make sure you have the cleanest, highest quality beef. We purchase cattle back from these ranches after they have been weaned from their mothers and help them grow to an appropriate harvesting age and weight.
We own our own processing plant as well. Because Riverbend Ranch is vertically integrated, we control quality in every step of the process, including the genetics and breeding of the cattle, ranching the cattle, the ranching operations, the farm ground to grow feed, the facilities, and even the processing plant itself! We control the entire supply chain from start to finish to provide you with a superior eating experience.
What does pasture to plate mean?
Riverbend Ranch can offer unmatched quality for several reasons. One reason is that we have the nation’s only fully integrated beef operation of any size. We control the entire process from start to finish, including breeding, the development of the animal every day of its life, raising the feed that is fed to the animal, the actual harvesting of the animal, and the processing of the beef. This allows us to offer a product that is far superior to any of our competitors.
We own and operate our own 210,000-square-foot processing facility located right on the ranch. It is one of the most state-of-the-art processing facilities in the United States, including a 780,000-cubic-foot aging cooler.
Your beef is processed in this facility and frozen to lock in freshness. It is then carefully packed by our employees at the same facility and shipped directly to your home. This guarantees that your Riverbend Ranch beef is always shipped fresh and doesn’t spend months in the supply chain like our competitors - moving between various producers, processors, and shipping companies.
Do you use antibiotics or hormones on your cattle?
Never! Ever! Riverbend Ranch cattle are pasture raised with NO GROWTH HORMONES and NO ANTIBIOTICS. That is our Never Ever promise. Sometimes a sick animal will require antibiotics to get well. That animal will receive needed medical attention, but we will remove that animal from the Riverbend Ranch program. That cow will still live a great life on the farm, but rest assured it won’t make it to your table!
Do you use mRNA vaccines on your cattle?
Riverbend Ranch cattle Never Ever receive any mRNA vaccines, nor will they ever.

How do I cancel my subscription?
It is easy to make changes and cancellations from your customer portal. You can login by clicking the "My Subscriptions" link in the top menu.
Can I make changes to my order?
You CAN make changes to your upcoming subscription order (including adding in Add-Ons, pausing your order, changing your subscribed bundle, or changing the frequency or delivery date of your next order) within the customer portal. You can login by clicking the "My Subscriptions" link in the top menu.
Unfortunately, you cannot edit a one-time order. Please contact us at info@riverbendranch.com with any issues with one-time orders.
How do I apply a promo code or gift card?
Promo codes can be applied on the check out page in the “Discount Code” section.
How can I see my current subscriptions, order status, and order history?
